You can send a message through the portal or contact the pharmacy. Please do not send full medical records, prescriptions or identity documents through the public contact form.
What does 24/7 portal support mean?
You can access the portal and submit a support request at any time. It does not mean that every message receives an immediate response. The portal and contact form are not emergency services.
How do I report a side effect or make a complaint?
